Sh Charles Journal reports the 1962 Christmas Seal drive for Charles County TB Association. Local civic groups aided in mailing efforts and promotions. The Hervemer 4-H Club distributed badges to Robby Henderson Mike Rogers Bear Hadge Buddy Chermeier Mike McGary Rowe Ghnermeier and others. Bebost Pack 623 signed up for the Boy Scout Exposition while 15 believed to be the only Cub Pack from Daniel Boone beaute Diet. The Exposition ran November 15 46 and 17 with displays on national history. A party October 27 had 3 members and attendees. Del Corzine won best original costume as a devil Marilyn Fischer won best girls prize as an Indian Squaw with a Peponse. Scavenger hunt won by Allen Barklage's team. The Harvester 4-H Club officers met November 3 to plan Parents Night on November 13 at 7:30 pm at St Joseph’s Behalol in Godeville Mo featuring the introduction of Youth Agent Dot Henderson and new president Heert. All members urged to attend. The Priedens 4-H Club October meeting elected officers at Mrs Charles Mudge’s home. Agle ntin Precks president Susan Mudge Vice-president Jane Kern Secretary Mark Judge treasurer Mike Kern reporter Connie Ber Tekamp gameleaders Es Telle Frecks Long lead. Mrs Kenny Fisk will be food reader and Mrs Lis Kern assis tant community leader. Next meeting at Mrs Henry Fink Noveriser 30 at 7 pm. Mrs Fink is 112 Memsath Road.
The St Ghartex austrca and professional Women’s Club express gratitude to Boltr and associate for their efforts and participation in the 1961 Plea Market held for the St. Charles County Association for Retarded Children. They note wide community support from St. Charles and beyond and commend the endeavor.
