St Charles Community Council forms new leadership and plans programs
The St Charles Community Council elected Dr C Eugene Conover to lead as President with Edward Bock Gearman Mrs Mor ard Gabwaler Vice Chairman and Reverend Joe Far fer as Secretary. Directors for two years include Dr Denumer Dave Rave and Henry Vogt with additional year directors listed. The council discussed programs such as summer recreation health clinics and a potential Junior College proposal while noting support from the United Fund and Health Welfare. A string ensemble performed under Mrs Connivet’s direction as part of a community meeting at Trinity Court Charles.
