Second Youth Fair Booked July 27 30
The second annual Youth Fair of S Charles County will again be held on the Venezila Community Club Grounds July 27 30 There were more than 700 exhibits entered by 4 H and FFA Chis of St Charles County last year and more The display of exhibits and judging of the 4 H FFA and open class exhibits will be on opening day June 2 There will be a wide variety of exhibits in home economics farm mechanics woodwork electricity grain Photography plant science Vegetables cattle sheep goats poultry rabbits 4 H hog project and horsemanship There will be a Queen contest Miss Youth Fair must be single aged 16 to one share or years include countywide talent show horse show parade tractor pull pig scramble horseshoe site and carnival The Missouri State Fair Queen Miss Cherry Barker will be on the grounds Saturday and participate in the parade The Youth Fair is sponsored by area organizations with assignments including Jos Flint HI Athletic Aul sers sales Wentsville AtMece Donita adv actif imnist Rotary Desneed conc ES sions American Legion program and entertainment Lion grounds Business Professional Women th ame A meeting of Two Rivers Beekeepers Ass'n will be held at 7280 pat June 8 at Elmer's Tevert in St Peters All interested in beekeeping are invited See the Optimists and other clowns at the Fair grounds today
