First National Plans Downtown Redevelopment in St Charles
First National proposes to redevelop the former Hackmann Lumber site at 105 North Main Street in downtown St Charles. The LCRA Board advised acceptance and a contract could be signed by month’s end with projected costs of 125000 to 176000 for a two or three level structure plus 99000 for a parking lot.
