Phase I of Central junior high includes Base Bid and Alternate I
Phase I covers a two story 15 room Base Bid already under contract totaling about 392 000 including architect fees plus Alternate I at about 190 000 for a cafeteria library and three classrooms. The 190 000 must be raised by the bond issue. the rest 285 000 funds elementary classrooms. The board asks voters to approve 475 000 in new bonds tomorrow to support phased district growth and debt service increases to 97 cents per 100 valuation.
