Stop Signs Installed After HOA Petition Effort
News From St Charles Hills reports the HOA committee led by Rita Chask collected 200 homeowner signatures in late 1970s to place stop signs at specified corners. Signs were installed two weeks prior after submission to judge Boschert. A traffic accident injured Pamela Cornetious, hospitalized. Community events include paper drive sponsored by Troy 383 and park safety notices amid Fourth of July prep.
