Ramp project rejected cost blocks city highway plan
District State Highway Engineer William Trimm informed St Charl Yee City Council that building the out of exit and entry ramps at Zumbehl Road would cost 1 200 000 and funds are not presently available. He noted the travel time reduction would save little and ramps would extend congestion on 70 from 94 to Zumbehl Road. The Highway Department asked the city to take over the service road from the junction of West Clays First Capitol on Highway 94.
