Three staff members at Union State Bank St Charles finished courses sponsored by the American Institute of Banking and the American Management Association James M Covillard completed a nine week session in The Basic Principles of Supervisory Management Pat Fishbach and Daniel Scherer finished forty two hours on The Principles of Bank Operations Fishbach ranked first in a class of twenty six with a high grade average D Randolph Quinn joined the staff in April as Collections Manager from Tampa Florida His sister Mrs R C Bishop resides in St Charles Three summer employees Nancy Ehrmann Linda Bales and Ruth Ann Ermeling will work in various departments The Donald Baker Real Estate Company adds one broker and six salesmen Gerald Adams joined as Real Estate Broker and includes Pockrell Wayne Humphrey Alfred Woodman Earl Conderman and John Harley
