The second annual hands on workshop on canning drying and freezing foods runs June 15 and 16 at Saint Louis venues. Sponsored by Schnuck Markets Laclede Gas and University of Missouri Extension, sessions cover high and low acid foods pressure canning and freezing with USDA guidance. Two hour sessions repeat at three times at Laclede Gas Auditorium with early morning and mid day slots. Reservations by June 8, 1976 receive mailed tickets.
