Ambulance Board Approves 1977 Budget Levy
St Charles County Ambulance District directors unanimously approved keeping the 1 cent levy for 1977 at a special meeting. The district began operations in 1975 and expects 632,000 in total income for 1977 from taxes, ambulance calls, and interest. Disbursements include insurance, rent, utilities, supplies, vehicle costs, education, and a Life Support Vehicle project planned for 1978. Equipment move from Wentzville to O Fallon noted with paging system range issues.
