Juvenile Crime Committee Forms 10 Subcommittees
Citizens from O'Fallon and St Paul attended the second meeting of the St Charles County Citizens Committee on Children and Youth at the County Court House. The group formed 10 subcommittees to study juvenile crime prevention, with Missouri University Extension Center consultant Gene Schwarz reporting county juvenile population up one percent and juvenile crime up four percent over the past year.
