St Charles Municipal Band Keeps Summer Concert Tradition
Historic notes recall 1864 street dance for Lewis and Clark visitors in St Charles. Today the St Charles Municipal Band performs free Thursday night concerts at Blanchett Park, a traditions started April 8 1925 to entertain residents of all ages during 12 summer evenings each year.
