Howdy Neighbor Party Planned by St Charles Society

The St Charles Historical Society plans a Howdy Neighbor Party on Thursday January 28 at Memorial Hall Planchetts Park. Neighbors and friends are invited to attend a potluck dinner fundraiser wearing period attire. reservations to Howard Ellis by January 20.
