Emil Wepprich transfers Wepprich's Wine Garden at 1216 South Main to the Kiser family of St Charles. Wepprich, owner since 1933, leaves a business with roots dating to the turn of the century. George H. Kiser becomes manager. David Satory remains assistant manager.
