PLEBES Complete 26 Weeks As Reserve Officers at Lindenwood Ceremony
Plebes completed 26 weeks of intensive training and became fledgling reserve officers in the St. Charles County Sheriff's Reserve during Lindenwood College ceremonies Tuesday night. Honorary certificates were awarded to Linn Broadfoot Mary Jo Bryan Richard Crouch Michael Current James Hanley Jores Martin Luther Osgach Jarret Rice Jen Schellert and Vernon Smith. Reserve Commander Col. Bryce Sparkman and Sheriff Guy Koester presented the certificates. Guest speakers were Fostern District Associate Judge John Yanneke and Major Joseph Straad. New reservists will serve a six month probationary period and may pursue further law enforcement training afterward.
