West Clay Street widening starts amid weather limits
West Clay Street widening phase two begins today after an emergency city committee and contractor Gene Glosier reached an agreement. Work from Droste to Duchesne will take about four months with an expected mid November completion. Glosier’s bid was 148922.20, now increased by 10 percent. delays due to Union Electric and pole relocations raised costs and reduced working days.
