Durum Wheat De monstration Plots Planted Across County

Thirteen Farm Bureau members across the county will grow demonstration plots of Feliss Durum, the new standard durum variety. Two farmers, C. O. Williamson South Dodson and A. C. Governor signs Bachlor tax bill in Montana

Governor Joseph M. Dixon signed H. R. 120 the bachlor tax bill imposing a 3 dollar tax on all male Montanans aged 21 to 60 who are not the head of a family. Funds go to county poor funds. about 50 000 affected. The act takes effect immediately amid prior draft registration figures.
