Albert Marshall dies after illness in Maine at seventy four

Albert Marshall died after a two day illness on December 27 in his home in Willow City North Dakota. He was born July 9 1838 in Maine and served four years and nine months in Maine volunteers during the Civil War. He moved from Maine to Michigan to North Dakota and Montana, married Miss Odlin in Orino Maine, had seven children, and remained a Republican lifelong. He was a member of the A R and a Master Mason. Funeral services were held at his daughter's home and he was laid to rest in Willow City beside his wife.

Rev W R Norman of the California Methodist Episcopal church performed the ceremony. They pledged their troth at age fifteen and had been sweethearts since. The bridegroom is a prosperous farmer and their home awaits them.
