Photographer records Blackfeet songs for government archives

Geoffrey O Hara, appointed by the Interior Department, travels to New York to begin recording Blackfeet songs from Glacier National Park. He plans to photograph and phonograph the tribesmen, preserving their music for government archives as they prepare summer visits to Montana.

AWOL AGGIBENT ACCIDENT HURTS MAN AND SON

Mr Melvin Andrews and his twelve year old son Burt were seriously injured when horses bolted while they were transporting water. Andrews suffered head wounds, a broken wrist and ribs. Burt was run over and chest injuries followed. Both are under Dr Minnicks care and improving.
