New Phone Billing Info for Ruston Subscribers

Ruston subscribers will get a new type long distance statement with bills this week. The change results from a mechanized recording and billing system installed in Shreveport. The statement shows billed number, call date, caller location, and call amount. Two statements may appear through July as the old and new systems run concurrently. J. D.
