Indiana court case continues over alley obstruction charge

A case of State of Indiana versus William L. Garier for obstructing an alley was continued in court. James Cooper, attorney for the defendant, was injured when a buggy upset after a horse startled by an automobile driven by Alvin Middleton. Cooper and his son Victor were thrown from the buggy. both sustained bruises.

The Howard County Fair Association hosts a two day program at the Russiaville fairground on July 4 and 5 1912 under American Trotting Association rules.
