A case of State of Indiana versus William L. Garier for obstructing an alley was continued in court. James Cooper, attorney for the defendant, was injured when a buggy upset after a horse startled by an automobile driven by Alvin Middleton. Cooper and his son Victor were thrown from the buggy. both sustained bruises.
