Pilot project to boost growth in rural Manitoba communities
Manitoba unveils a Business Vi t any Index pilot to spur growth in Gladstone Westbourne and Dauphin. The plan, backed by local economic committees, trains rural specialists and surveys 100 indicators with leaders and citizens to guide future development. The initiative involves the CIEL program from British Columbia and investment around $40,000.
