In a rapid build on Russell's Main Street a 3,288 square foot brick and stucco structure is under construction to host seven offices for Westpark Insurance Royal LePage Realty Westpark Travel and Manitoba Public Insurance. Local officials expect Bob and Karen to be part of the venture.
