Hydro to close 24 rural Manitoba offices in cost cut plan

Manitoba Hydro will shut 24 rural offices to save about 2 million annually. Closures begin by March, with first wave including Erickson Erie Carberry MacGregor Reston Morris Niverville Somerset.
