Fatal Highway 16 Crash Near Binscarth Claims One Life
A Southbound vehicle on Highway 16 left the west shoulder, reentered the road, crossed into the east ditch and rolled near Binscarth. Tuyet Anh Duong, 43, of Red Deer Alberta, died later. another occupant from Winnipeg was treated and listed as stable. The crash occurred about a half mile south of Binscarth on October 29, 1902, and investigators continue examining the scene.
