Interest costs rise with home prices not rates
The note argues buying now is cheaper than waiting for lower rates. A $40,000 home with 20 percent down at 11 percent over 25 years costs $313.60 monthly, while rising prices could push the price to $45,000 in two years. Even with a rate drop to 10 percent the payment climbs, showing total property values drive costs more than interest shifts. MC Murray Realty invites help at 206 Main Street, Russell.
