Economist predicts little chance Rossburn line will close
An economist argues the Rossburn line, known as the Turkey Trail, has a low probability of closing. He warns four to five elevator points may disappear and truck traffic would shift to new high through elevators on the Bredenburg subdivision. He notes grain trucking as low as seven cents per bushel mile and says the PRAC report does not bind the CTC.
