Vanguard Credit Union declares patronage refund and new Main Street building
Vanguard Credit Union announces a $400,000 patronage refund and a 4.5 percent preferred-share dividend along with over $400,000 in cash refunds. Net income rises to $22 million, enabling plans for an 8,000 square foot office beside the Civic Centre on Russell's Main Street and a new Oak River branch. A virtual branch is planned via expanded computerized services. Board members named for 2012 2013 include Guy Huberdeau and Glen Leland among others. the credit union employs about 115 people across multiple Manitoba communities.
