Habitat for Humanity marks 25 years in Manitoba
Habitat for Humanity celebrates a quarter century aiding Manitoba families with affordable housing. The program has expanded from Winnipeg into Selkirk Portage la Prairie Steinbach Virden Kenora Dauphin and Lundar with 17 homes built. The Asessippi Parkland chapter forms with Norm Kerr leading and plans to choose a site in Inglis Russell Binscarth within the catchment area while seeking volunteers and municipal support.
