Hall property and operating committee agreement details
The agreement states the Hall rests on town land and is town property while the Community Centre retains control of the Hall’s bookings and operations through an Operating Committee. The Town will cover deficits and review performance. annual financial statements are due by February 28 each year. the committee will meet with the Town on request.
