Victory Carnival Crowned Queen in Festive Night
Miss Evelyn Ironside was crowned Queen of the Victory Carnival organized by the Young People at the skating rink. Mayor H S Hembroff officiated as attendants were Miss Dorothy McLeod Miss Canada Edith Pettitt and others. A patriotic drill and costume judging followed with prizes awarded to both girls and boys in multiple age and category groups.
