Knox United Church Anniversary Celebrations Held
The Knox United Church marked its anniversary with services led by Prof. E. G. D. Freeman of United College Winnipeg. He spoke twice and presented an illustrated address on How the Old Brain Works to the Young People Union. Freeman addressed local students and spoke at the congregational dinner and concert. The dinner praised Canadian churchwomen and a talented program followed with choir and piano duets. Rev. J. E. Stewart of Binscarth sent greetings. The mortgage debt was reduced to 880 in the past year.
