The Mer Inglis Lions host a Ham and Turkey Bingo on March 31 at 7 p.m. at Inglis Activity Centre. An Old Time Dance runs March 18 from 8 to 11 p.m. at St Joseph's Church basement with music by Eiks Supremes and lunch served for Cancer Fund. The Russell and District Community Centre opens officially on April 28 with a cocktail and dinner, with more information to come in this column.
