Harness race fans will see outstanding horses at the Russell Fair and Race Meet July 15 and 16 with 23 horses entered in the 230 and 2.22 stake events. A 1600 mile Apple Caravan will travel from Vancouver to Winnipeg along the Yellowhead Route to press for completing the Trans-Canada Highway.
