Weekend visit and graduation noted in Inglis community

Friday marked a weekend visit by Beep and Baayen with Jan Moster while Miss Elsie Chachula of Dauphin enjoyed a two week stay as Linda Ziprick earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Linda and her friend planned a June 9 departure for a four month tour of Great Britain and Europe. Visitors gathered at the home of Mr and Mrs James Halpin with friends from Vancouver Seattle and Manitoba joining in. The United Church holds an open air service at Asessippi Beach with a Sunday School picnic to follow, weather permitting, and a large turnout anticipated despite rain which cancelled ball games and the evening program.
