Winnipeg Rotary Clubs Adopt Perimeter Highway
Winnipeg area Rotary clubs adopt sections of the Perimeter Highway under the Adopt-A-Highway program. Rotary Club of Winnipeg honors an eight kilometre stretch from Highway 59 to 75 at a June 6 ceremony, with nine other Winnipeg clubs adopting the rest. The program runs through summer, with groups maintaining litter control and receiving safety gear, bags, and removal of trash.
