Walleye Classic Draws Big Haul on Lake of the Prairies
Nearly 1 000 fish were caught over two days in the Prairie Walleye Classic with 943 released. The event drew 105 teams from across the region, including visitors from Wisconsin, and awarded Garry Little and son Derek a top prize of 15 000 dollars. Organizers note the lake is three weeks later than usual but expect a stronger bite as fish spawn.
