Russell Town Council Meeting Minutes June 1982 Highlights
The Russell Town Council met June 10 1962 at 7 PM passing a plan to relocate a light on Augusta Street approving a 15 foot setback for Joseph Poitras house and considering an acreage outside town. Receipts and disbursements totaled 35600 and 35070 with a 46 overdraft for the recreation commission. The water works survey and reservoir checks were noted, and a town meeting cost of 10 per year was approved. The next meeting is June 24 1982.
