Prairie Walleye Classic Sees 100 Teams On Lake of the Prairie
The Russell Lions wrapped up the sixth annual Prairie Walleye Classic with 100 teams, down from the usual 120 to 130. Co chair Bob Ross noted the economy and Canadian dollar parity kept some teams away, but many entrants plan to return for next year’s event set for June 3–5, 2011 with planned changes to boost excitement.
