Manitoba to open community nurse centres provincewide
Manitoba Premier Gary Filmon announced plans to establish community nurse centres across the province to provide primary health care, health promotion, and disease prevention. The centres will be run by nurses or referred to appropriate providers, with MARN participation on the planning committee led by Dr. Helen Glass.
