Russell council approves multiple service agreements
The Town of Russell council met on Thursday December 23 at 7:00 pm. Minutes of the prior meeting were adopted. Lynn Spurway was elected Deputy Mayor for 18. The council renewed the street lighting agreement with Manitoba Fiydre for another year and approved in principle the fire protection agreement among the Town of Russell Village of Binsearth and the RM of Russell.
