Farmers facing dry conditions may graze livestock and cut hay on Crown land under the Agricultural Crown Lands Leasing program. Terms require removal when forage is exhausted or by Oct 31 2018, with baled hay due by Nov 15 2018. Manitoba Agriculture provides tools, insurance programs, and contact details for participation.
