MP Inky Mark resigns to run for mayor of Dauphin
MP Inky Mark announced his resignation from Dauphin Swan River Marquette to seek the Dauphin mayoral seat in this year's municipal elections. He spoke outside Dauphin city hall last week and will resign Sept 15 after informing the House of Commons. He urged others to run, saying democracy needs a choice and emphasizing public service.
