New owners Len and associates have refurbished the east town elevator with repaired cladding and new roof sections on the annex. Roof work on the north side will wait until spring due to a busy roofing crew. Grounds in progress include landscaping and new large doors are on order. Interior cleanup and maintenance checks completed, grain flow tested with local trades.
