Administrator Kenneth Bunnell highlights the program and staff plans as vacancies increase to about 55, emphasizing resident wellbeing and independence.
The Texas Animal Health Commission and the County Agricultural Extension Service mobilize to curb Venezuelan Equine Encephalomyelitis by forming a county spotter system.
