County Depository Selection Notice for 1963 1964
The Commissioners' Court of Cherokee County Texas will meet February 11 1963 at 10 00 am in Rusk to designate a county depository for public funds including school funds and clerk trust funds for 1963 1964. Time deposits set by contract must be at least 90 days. Bid applications delivered to the County Judge per Article 2544 to 2558 A Revised Civil Statutes.

SFA Band Man Named 4-State Assn'n Proxy
Stephen F. Austin State College band director Jim Hudgins is named president of the Four States Bandmasters Association representing Texas Arkansas Oklahoma and Louisiana. Hudgins has directed Lumberjack Bands at SFA since 1954 and holds degrees from East Texas State and SFA.
