It details executions from Bush Circuit Court with sale of property in Rochelle and Rushville, including town lots and quarter sections, set for January 1841 with bids starting between specified hours. It also contains political commentary and local civic discussion about public works funding and state finances.
By virtue of an execution from the Rush Circuit Court the court house door Rushville Rush county Indiana will on January 2 1841 offer for sale the Milroy town plat property valued at 8008 with seven year rents and profits first, then fee simple if needed. Sale by A N Blakelidge deputy sheriff. Dec 1840. Also another execution notice for January 2 1841 at Rushville and Rubevilly Indiana listing the east half of the north half of section 2 township 13 range 1 as well as other details with seven year rents and profits and sale by Richa Thornberry.
