Stossel argues free enterprise boosts worker prosperity
John Stossel argues that higher wages and opportunities come from competitive, free markets not unions. He cites Ford’s 1914 wage and hour changes, GM and Chrysler responses, and contrasts with union growth and global competition, urging no government bailouts or crony capitalism. He endorses voluntary unions and self employment within a free market.
