Painters explore Carlsbad cave art and artists
Lois Lyles, a Albuquerque artist, documents Carlsbad Caverns through large acrylic canvases. Her work, Inspired by Lake of the Clouds, has appeared on an insurance office wall and on Inside Earth, the National Park Service newsletter. SpeleoArt groups promote cave science through art, with about 30 active members.
