Water rights case to hear 22 attorneys Thursday
About 22 attorneys from across New Mexico will convene in the District Courtroom for a pre-trial conference on water duty affecting more than 350 users on the Hondo Bonita and Ruidoso rivers. The suit, filed October 21 1958, seeks a judicial determination of water uses and rights in the Roswell Artesian basin.
